about us.

My name is Jen Nason. I live in Brewer with my husband Scott, my children Jillian and Oliver, and my two dogs Prancy and Cubby. I am a lifelong resident of Maine. I am from here and I love this place!

I have always been a thrifter. I love finding treasures at yard sales, antique shops, consignment shops, thrift stores… you name it! I am also very passionate and concerned about the amount of waste created by our “throw away” society and the impact it is having on our planet.

A couple years ago, I volunteered at a thrift store that was connected to our local food pantry. People constantly said that they loved to donate/shop there because they were supporting the food pantry. It got me thinking about how I could create something similar but on a larger scale. A place that would benefit all stakeholders - donators, shoppers, local non-profits, the environment and the local economy while at the same time making a living for my family. I am so excited to create this place in my hometown!

donate. shop. repeat.

it’s a win-win!
